The Menzies GO Team - a team of highly trained professionals ready to support their region and our global network.

WHAT IS THE GO TEAM?

We’re looking for Menzies team members to join the Menzies GO (Ground Operations) Team. Our GO Team will be made up of experienced members of the Menzies Aviation team, who may be called upon from time to time to support other areas of the business with startups in new locations, growth in existing locations or operational change programs.

There will be four regional GO teams and a supporting group team. In addition to existing regional support, these teams will unite to provide a global pool of talent to support our growth journey.

HOW DO I BECOME A GO TEAM MEMBER?

We are looking for a team of individuals who are highly trained and experienced in their chosen area of work. As a minimum, you need one year of service with Menzies, and one year of experience in your current position.

We’re looking for team members from all areas of the business – so whatever your role, if you’re interested, keep reading to see if it’s a good fit for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As part of the GO team, you could be called upon at any time for an assignment with your region or across our global network. GO Team assignments will depend on many factors, we can’t guarantee the number of assignments you’ll receive. Equally, there is no obligation to accept an assignment if the timing isn’t right for you.

Assignments will be an amazing opportunity to share your knowledge, meet new colleagues, experience new cultures, and be exposed to new working environments (as well as getting to see more of the world!).

On assignment, we will make sure you are fully supported every step of the way. Menzies will cover all work related expenses including, travel, accommodation, meals and incidentals. Depending on the location and duration of your assignment, you may also receive a salary uplift.
