Role Purpose

Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of airside ground handling and de-icing and, meeting the 
requirements of our customers and maintaining health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance 
with company policies and procedures at all times.

What you will be doing

  • On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically, in accordance with the relevant training received
  • Carry out Head-set duties, including communication with the flight deck, in accordance with the relevant 
    training received.
  • Operate, position and remove company equipment, in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the 
    relevant training received.
  • Full De-icing duties as per seasonal requirements.
  • Report any faults or irregularities with equipment, facilities or processes to the appropriate management

What we are looking for

  • Take reasonable care for the health, wellbeing, safety and security of themselves and of others who may 
    be affected by their actions or omissions whilst at work.
    • Co-operate with their manager / supervisor in order to allow them to perform or comply with any legal 
    requirements imposed on the company.
    • Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided by the company in the interests of 
    health, wellbeing, safety, security or welfare reasons.
    • Inform their manager / supervisor of any work situation, equipment or activity that represents a serious or 
    immediate danger to health, wellbeing, safety and security.
    • Report any hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents or dangerous occurrences to their manager / 
    supervisor, who will then follow the procedures contained in the HSE and Security manual
