Role Purpose

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the T2 Customer Services Team based on Altea and OAL rosters. To lead by example, ensuring all staff have allocated duties in accordance with airline requirements. Maintain high levels of communication with the DM and CSOM.

What you will be doing

  • Managing the T2 FOH operation using MARS allocation
  • Looking a week ahead for staff shortages and highlighting any resource issues at -7 days
  • Day to day allocation and coordination.
  • In disruption look at workable solutions for flight/duty allocation
  • Ensure all staff are allocated a break during their shift
