Back-up RSMS Coordinator

Role Purpose

Controlling, amending and coordinating the RSMS system in terms of airlines flight schedule data and related services as per current contractual agreements. Ensuring that the weekly / monthly billing process is prepared and approved as per deadlines set under the direct supervision of the Station Manager.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for capturing the airlines flight schedules in the RSMS system.
  
• Responsible for the control of all ground handling services captured in the RSMS system related to the airlines handled
  
• Responsible for the weekly / monthly billing readiness and approval of all services captured in the RSMS system under the direct supervision of the Station Manager (always involved in the communication process between the RSMS system coordinator and billing responsible personnel).
• Check discrepancies and obtain correct information by liaising with the relevant middle management and line management
• Correct and highlight all irregular operations spotted in the RSMS system.

What we are looking for

• Detailed knowledge of the RSMS system (with a high signature level).
• Computer literate.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to prepare advanced service statistics and reports.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

This position is to serve as back-up RSMS coordinator when there is any absence for the current holder of the position.
