Role Purpose

Delivering high performance standards, you will lead a team of Airside Operatives to deliver the highest level of 
safety, security and performance to the standards set by our customer airlines. You will also be trained to assist in 
other aircraft turnaround procedures such as baggage handling and de-icing according to our business needs. 

What you will be doing

  • Assisting the duty management team in planning and managing the operation, including completion of 
    reports/audits as required. 
    • Deliver a thorough briefing to your team prior to the arrival of aircraft. 
    • Lead your team in all aspects of an aircraft turnaround ensuring established safe working practices are 
    followed and taking responsibility for the turnaround area including ensuring equipment is parked in the 
    correct place. 
    • Liaise with relevant internal and airline key contacts during the turnround of the aircraft. 
    • Completion of any necessary paperwork in accordance with company, airline and legal requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Good verbal communication 
    • A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history 
    • Proof of Right To Work in the UK 
    • Full and valid UK Driving Licence 
    • Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance (we will assist in this process)
