Role Purpose

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of export air cargo operations. The role ensures all freight, documentation, and unit load devices (ULDs) are prepared and processed in accordance with airline, customs, quarantine, security, and dangerous goods regulations while meeting operational deadlines and carrier requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that estimates and finals are transmitted on time to carriers' requirements.
  • Complete various documentation such as, aircraft NOTOC, AVI checks and export sheets.
  • Complete Dangerous Goods checks.
  • Coordinate flight build up as per carriers' request.
  • Ensure special commodities are handled as required.
  • Ensure that held shipments are communicated to the builder.

  • Possess customer service experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High level attention to detail and numerical ability.
  • Dangerous Goods awareness and handling requirements
