Role Purpose

The Cargo Office Manager holds overall responsibility for the performance and leadership of Cargo Office functions, including Customer Service, Customs, Documentation Handling, and Office administration. The role ensures optimal service delivery, regulatory compliance, and a strong performance culture while working closely with the Cargo Operations Manager (Warehouse & Transport) to deliver world-class cargo handling services.

The position is part of the Senior MWC management team.

What you will be doing

• Act as a key change individual, driving culture change and a high‑performance, customer‑focused environment within all areas of the Cargo Office.
• Lead all Cargo Office activities in line with company standards, customer requirements and regulatory frameworks. Manage office operations, including resource allocation in line with budget expectations.
• Establish, implement and lead a dedicated and clearly separated Customer Service function focused on proactive, high‑quality customer support.
• Ensure all applicable regulatory requirements and standards are met, including those of Customs and other relevant authorities.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally, identify root causes and put in place measures to prevent recurrence.
