Role Purpose

What you will be doing

  • Provide the highest standard of customer service to our Airline customers by dealing with customer inquiries and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and assisting passengers with special needs, including passengers that require wheelchair assistance.
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained by proper perusal and handling of dangerous goods.
  • Ensure all Passenger Service functions as required by the Client Airline are consistently delivered and that arrivals and departures procedures are carried out to airline specifications.
  • Alert Client Airline Manager or Passenger Service Supervisor where appropriate, of any customer service problems or opportunities to enable direct follow-up with the customer.
  • Adhere to OH&S procedures and policies.
  • Maintain basic situation awareness of all critical factors relevant to the safety and security of an aviation workplace by assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
  • Contribute to the achievement of on time performance standards and requirements.
  • Use and maintain communication systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
  • Administrative duties as required.
  • Additional duties as requested by Passengers Services Supervisors, Trainers and/or Passenger Services Manager.
