Role Purpose

Processing international freight for release to agents and members of the general public.

What you will be doing

  • Housekeeping
  • Greet customers at customer service desk (drivers, agents).
  • Process documentation.
  • Accept internal deliveries (manual handling required)
  • Receive incoming calls. Response to customer service issues or transfer calls.
  • Make outgoing calls to agents and consignees.
  • Filling documentation into admin trays and filling cabinets.
  • Enter and maintain data lists via Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven accuracy for data entry and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
