Role Purpose

Responsible and actively overseas all functions of customer service, ULD and Tracing. Customer Service Supervisor liaises with all MA business staff, Forwarding Agents and members of the public. Must be prepared to help out with day-to-day tasks, be organized with reporting and rostering duties.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that productivity is met in the designated area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for the control, supervision and training of designated staff
  • Demonstrate leadership, decision making and organisational skills necessary to efficiently meet performance requirements
  • Organise and co-ordinate work to customer service officers
  • Assist in resolving day to day customer service issues

What we are looking for

  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven accuracy for data entry and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Customer service skills
