We are now looking for next seasons De-Ice Operators in full-time positions. 

Duration of these positions will vary based on predicted need in the period from: 
September 8th 2025 to May 17th 2026

Role Purpose

To carry out all de-ice/anti-ice related activities as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures and training to facilitate the success of the operation in which you have been trained.

What you will be doing

  • Perform de-ice and snow clearing procedures on remote stand as required
  • Perform pre/post de-ice checks and report
  • Gather, input and process all data and documentation necessary for the fulfilment of the success of the operation, by manual, automated or computerised systems.
  • Carry out area hazard checks. Operate all equipment including company vehicles, radio's, telephones and computer equipment in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the relevant training received.
  • Ensure all relevant equipment (checked and serviceable) and/or services are in place.

What we are looking for

  • Strong cooperative skills
  • Proven safety awareness
  • Structured and organized work method
  • Experience in de-ice operation is a plus (preferably from OSL)

De-ice operators will be required to have experience with De-ice as well as an understanding of the de-ice process and A/C performance. 
That said, we do appreciate applications from staff who would like to take part in de-ice. Unexperienced staff will be interviewed and their record with MA will be checked prior to possibly obtaining a position.

Safety is our focus, and accepted applicants will be required to complete both theoretical and practical training as advised - prior to holding a position.
