Role Purpose

The Deputy Ramp Manager assist the Department manager in managing daily operations and supports by taking action in necessary projects, task and meetings. The Deputy Ramp Manager also steps in as acting manager upon absence. 

Our former Deputy Ramp Manager, will be leaving the company in Q1 2026. We are therefore looking for a new Deputy Ramp Manager now, and the position is open for all qualified candidates to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Manage effective measurement systems to monitor the performance of your Ramp Team.
  • Ensure that consistent comprehensive practices are in place for management of all spects of the company handbook e.g. disciplinary, absence and grievances.
  • Sickness and abcence reporting.
  • Create and sustain a safe working environment and culture.
  • Ensure that all staff are fully opdated and informed of all operational issues, company updates and station operational notices.

  • Ability to drive and deliver improvement plans and the relevant follow up process.
  • Ability to work independently, identify challenges in advance, and find effective solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to serve as a link between departments, employees, and management.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and ability to act as a trusted point of contact for staff.
