Vi söker nu en Duty Supervisor till Foh Team 2

Som Duty Supervisor (DS) ansvarar du för den dagliga operativa verksamheten på FoH. Du leder och fördelar arbetet under ditt skift och har således huvudansvar för kunder och medarbetare under skiftet. Denna DS tjänst  rapporterar till Team Manager 2. DS är ansiktet utåt mot kunder, myndigheter och Swedavia

OPERATIONELLT ANSVAR

• Ansvara för det operativa arbetet som utförs på FoH under ditt skift.
• Hjälpa till att lösa problem och stötta medarbetarna i sitt arbete
• Ansvara för att information och instruktioner sprids till medarbetarna på FoH och att dessa förstås och efterlevs.
• Undersöka samt rapportera förseningar internt samt till kunder.
• Vid avvikelser rapportera internt
• Samarbeta med DS-OPS och Ramp-DS för att stärka samarbetet mellan avdelningarna.
• Ha koll på bemanningen och ev. tillsätta luckor
• Tillse att uniform och skyddskläder används enligt Menzies standard.
• Fördela arbetsuppgifter till Menzies medarbetare på ett jämlikt sätt med många olika faktorer att ta hänsyn till
• Se till att medarbetare får rast

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

• Har erfarenhet av att arbeta som DS avlösare detta är ett krav.
• Förstår innebörden att vara operativ chef
• Har talang för att ta snabba professionella beslut
• Bra på at coacha medarbetarna
• Har bra samarbetsförmåga
• Är duktig på att kommunicera både på svenska och engelska
