Role Purpose

Employees classified at this level are responsible and accountable for their own work which is performed within established routines.

What you will be doing

  • Main accountabilities include: 
  • Provide relief for Team Leaders and Supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide general supervision to employees in a designated group on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist the Team Leader & Supervisor to monitor staff and work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and organise the flow of traffic of customer service vehicles, taking into account staff levels and forecourt area available.
  • Perform bond checks
  • Supervise all staff in their acceptance and delivery of customer goods.

  • Apply detailed understanding of customer airline systems.
  • Apply detailed understanding of internal operating systems.
  • Apply detailed knowledge of import/export procedures
