Role Purpose

Ensuring agreed competent staffing planned for agreed traffic prognosis and received flight schedules. Ensuring reports and documentation related to the overall planning function are prepared and delivered to payroll & finance.

What you will be doing

  • Perform midterm planning tasks for all parts of the business, ensuring competent staff are scheduled to cover the agreed staffing levels, using the available planning tools.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to short-term planners on agreed deadlines.
  • Ensure planning is performed on the latest agreed traffic prognosis, working closely with other planning functions, commercial department and RSMS Coordinator to ensure best available data is used.
  • Notify operational departments of any expected long-term staff or competence breaches.
  • Prepare planning data for monthly payroll & finance.
  • Onboarding /offboarding of staff in relevant planning systems.
