Role Purpose

To ensure a resolution for passengers who have lost bags or have had bags damaged during transit

What you will be doing

  • General PSO duties as instructed/requested by PSS/MHL Supervisor.
  • Maintain excellent customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Check serviceability of equipment where required.
  • Use multiple airline check in systems.
  • Push WCHR's, (wheelchair passengers), assist MAAS, (meet and assist), passengers on arrival and departure where required.
