Role Purpose

To ensure a resolution for passengers who have lost bags or have had bags damaged during transit.

 

What you will be doing

  • Use multi airline check in systems
  • Passenger check in, manual and DCS
  • Receive ticket, passport, check documents for validity and accept or reject documents,
  • Accept & weigh bags, accept or reject, if reject discuss with passenger (re cost of excess baggage etc)
  • Process check in, tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes, ensure compliance with security requirements.
  • Trace missing baggage using client carrier systems and manual system
  •  Arrange delivery of on-hand baggage
