Role Purpose

To ensure a resolution for passengers who have lost bags or have had bags damaged during transit.

What you will be doing

Use multi airline check in systems
Passenger check in, manual and DCS
Receive ticket, passport, check documents for validity and accept or reject documents,
Accept & weigh bags, accept or reject, if reject discuss with passenger (re cost of excess baggage etc)
Process check in, tag baggage, arrange seating & issue boarding passes, ensure compliance with security requirements.
Trace missing baggage using client carrier systems and manual system
Arrange delivery of on-hand baggage
