Role Purpose

An aircraft refueling operations supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe refueling of aircraft. They are responsible for coordinating and managing the refueling process, including scheduling fuelling operations, monitoring safety protocols, supervising refueling personnel, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards. Additionally, they may also be involved in quality control, record-keeping, and addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the refueling process to maintain the overall integrity of aviation operations.

What you will be doing

  • Maintains product stocks at acceptable levels to meet the demand of daily airport
  • Daily supervision of manpower requirements and shift
  • Comply with the Group business principles for the management of HS&E at the fuels
  • Supervision of engineering and maintenance in the fuel operation, and ensure safe and on time
  • Together with site management, attends meetings with Company representatives and the airport
  • Supervise and carry out the training of refuellers and new employee's.
  • Supervises numerous contractors carrying out engineering and maintenance duties under the Shell Safe System of Work procedures.
  • Involved in applying Company HR policies, employee relations and to instigate incident investigatory
  • Applies identified Best Practices and implement any changes as
  • Developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with Employees, Customers and the Airport
  • Accountability for the adherence to Health & Safety and Security requirements for our
  • Deputise in the absence of the Operations
