We are currently seeking a relief passenger services supervisor. This position will be used on an ad-hoc basis 
only as per operational requirements. The successful applicant will need to be able to lead staff and be 
responsible for your own work and that of others. You must be able to meet operational requirements and will 
be required to exercise initiative, discretion, and judgement

What you will be doing

  • Maintain a strong safety culture within the workforce - driving WHS and security awareness and compliance
  • Co-ordination of pre and post flight procedures to maintain the highest possible levels of service to client airlines
  • Ensure productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including regular operational reporting
  • Being responsible for the control and supervision of staff, organizing and coordinating work within your area responsibility
  • Undertake other Flight Operations duties, passenger check in, baggage services, flight arrival/departures & general duties in accordance with the requirements of the business
  • Responsible to the Passenger Services Operations Manager
  • Responsibility for daily rostering and duties allocation
  • Participate in initial staff interviews and selection
  • Perform staff assessments, performance appraisals and counselling where required in accordance with company guidelines
  • Liaise with Customer Airlines representatives to ensure delivery of quality service product
  • Administrative projects as directed
  • Administrative tasks as required
