Role Purpose

In coordination with the Shift Leader, responsible for organizing daily operations in line with airline service level standards and demand. Oversees staff allocation and the opening/closing of check-in. Provides operational support to Shift Leaders by covering breaks and absences. Leads by example while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate daily operations in line with airline procedures and flight schedules, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Ensure adequate staffing through close collaboration with planning for both daily and short-term needs.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication among all relevant staff, especially during operational disruptions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage and de-escalate conflicts between passengers and staff, ensuring a professional resolution while maintaining service standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including OPS, Ramp and PMZ.
