Role Purpose

The mission of the Payroll & HR Department is to work in partnership with managers and their teams as well as with individual employees, in a spirit of continuous improvement and collaboration, to provide services and facilitate for a healthy, safe and productive work environment with engaged and empowered employees. Based in Norway OSL Gardermoen you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be responsible to ensure high standard of the payroll delivery through proactively collaboration with our payroll provider and various internal stakeholders.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure payroll delivery in an accurate and timely manner every month in a fast-moving and complex environment.
  • In collaboration with our payroll provider, secure that all relevant data for new and existing employees and payroll entries is recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage internal payroll reports and payroll queries, including the calculation and raising of manual payments and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Support activities aiming to automate data integration between different systems.
  • Ensure that payroll queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly.

What we are looking for

  • University degree or other relevant certification or experience in Payroll, HR Data administration, or accounting.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience with Norwegian Payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices and with a passion for delivering a great service experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll.
  • Experience and knowledge with collective agreements (CBA)
  • Fluent both in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
