Role Purpose

The Planning and Analyst Manager is responsible for ensuring that labour resources are planned to satisfy operational demands as determined by current operational flight schedules. This role involves coordinating the planning team to ensure operational profitability through proper and efficient planning resources using local planning systems and tools. Additionally, the role includes conducting detailed data analysis to support planning, optimize resource allocation, enhance decision-making processes, and prepare planning data for monthly payroll and finance.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure accurate schedules are maintained and SLAs of various airline customers are met through effective and efficient planning of staff.
  • Determine resource requirements in an efficient and economical manner to limit costs and stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Control labor costs related to all operational departments in accordance with the approved budget.
  • Act as Inform, MARS, and Kronos system super-user for the station, providing guidance for all relevant system users.

What we are looking for

  • Comprehensive experience with Inform, Kronos and Mars systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of planning methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
