Role Purpose

What you will be doing

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Training Lead(s) and the planning team.
  • Competence planning, in close cooperation with operational departments and training.
  • Notify operational departments of any expected long-term staff or competence breaches
  • Train relevant staff in planning functions.
  • Working with Time & Attendance, inform and Kronos. And/or other relevant programs.

What we are looking for

· Experience and strong knowledge of training & planning

  • IT knowledge and competence
  • Excel competent
  • Analytical and organized
  •  Good communication skills (oral & written English and preferably a Scandinavian language)
  • Basic knowledge of Norwegian Working hours legislation
  • Basic understanding of Ground Handling
