Role Purpose

Responsible for the day to day coordination of the PMZ Department in terms of staff allocation. Lead by example whilst maintaining Health & Safety standards and excellent working practices in line with Company policy.

What you will be doing

  • To do bin allocation in system provide by the airport, call GBA.
  • To prepare the staff allocation on flights by the use of Workbridge system (Real Time module)
  • To have detailed knowledge of the Workbridge system and TIDY system.
  • To consistently perform the highest possible level of customer service at all times.
  • Make sure all positions in PMZ department are filled by necessary staff demand such as at the bins domestic, bins international (east and expandable PMZ), OZ belt domestic, outbound drivers, inbound drivers, tail to tail drivers, CN drivers.

  • To be organized and have a logical and systematic method of work.
