Role Purpose

The PMZ Outbound Allocator is responsible for coordinating staffing, equipment, and operational resources to support safe, efficient, and compliant Outbound operations. The role works closely with internal departments, airlines, and external stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation, operational continuity, and high service standards.

 

What you will be doing

  • Plan, coordinate, and allocate personnel, equipment, and operational resources for the Outbound operation using relevant systems and operational tools.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient resource utilization across all Outbound areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Outbound, Arrival Services, Ramp, Operations, Avinor, and airline partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor daily operations, identify and manage irregularities, and ensure compliance with applicable procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), safety requirements, and company policies.

What we are looking for

 

  • Experience in airline ground handling, airport operations, or resource allocation.
  • Planning, coordination, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of airline operational systems, procedures and service standards.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support operational teams.
  • Flexible, proactive, and customer-focused approach, with the ability to manage operational irregularities.
