Role Purpose

To train PMZ employees in initial/induction theoretical and practical items and procedures as well as perform recurrent and upskilling training for relevant PMZ employees in coordination with PMZ Manager.

The Trainer is responsible for conducting comprehensive training across all PMZ operational areas, including outbound- and inbound driving, OZ, rush, Crew Chief (CC), ULD flights, and new projects, ensuring that all employees are fully competent, compliant, and confident in their respective roles.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for PMZ employees initial/induction theoretical/practical training as well as recurrent and upskilling training within PMZ modules (i.e. outbound- and inbound driving, OZ, domestic transfer, rush, Crew Chief, ULD flights, and new projects).
  
• Plan and optimize training plan for relevant PMZ employees together with PMZ Manager.
  
• Perform and ensure timely and safe completion of theoretical/practical training for PMZ employees.
• Give reactive and proactive feedback on training methods, materials, as well as training plans.
• Coordinate PMZ training activities with PMZ Manager and PMZ staff allocator to ensure availability of relevant PMZ employee to perform training for the required period of time for training.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in PMZ (Baggage Sorting).
• Minimum 1 year experience as Crew Chief.
• TTT certified .
• Correct attitude to lead by example and motivate other PMZ staff.
• Has good operational procedural knowledge and will know the Menzies and airline operations manuals well.
