Role Purpose

The position of Supervisor will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring a consistent delivery of high Cleaning standards. You will highlight any shortfalls and take corrective actions if necessary. You will maintain rigorous Health & Safety standards and excellent working practices with the Company policies. Communicating effectively with all departments as well as all 3rd party partners to ensure our customers are afforded the very best service.
 
 

What you will be doing

  • To lead by example, strictly following correct airline and company procedures and promoting safe work practices.
  • Provide leadership and supervise all staff in the execution of their duties.
  • Hold staff briefings to ensure information is cascaded to staff when needed.
  • Highlight and discuss any shortfalls with team members to identify areas of improvement.
  • Participate with the training of newly promoted Team Leaders and Cleaners.Ensure maximum utilisation of agreed staff resources.
  • Carry out daily cleaning audits and review findings.
  • Carry out all compliance checks on vehicles and waste management.
  • Stock control of all resources.Be able to carry out investigations with staff.
  • Record lateness and sickness of staff.
  • Overlook the cleaning operations from night stops, deep cleans, office clean to toilet and water services.
  • Be able to understand and coach the staff on the cleaning training manual.Any other reasonable requests.

What we are looking for

  • A full driving license and must be able to obtain an airport Airside Driving Permit
  • A fully checkable 5-year work history
  • IT Skills – Good knowledge of basic excel.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Punctual and reliable individual.
  • Self‑motivated with an eye for detail.
  • Able to cope with time related; pressured situations and the skill to prioritise workload.
