Role Purpose

Responsible for the day to day coordination of the Ramp Department in terms of staff allocation. Lead by example whilst maintaining Health & Safety standards and excellent working practices in line with Company police.

What you will be doing

  • To prepare the staff allocation on flights by the use of Workbridge system (Real Time module)
  • To have detailed knowledge of the Workbridge system, RSMS system and TIDY system.
  • Preparation for daily planning on a shift basis shift and communication of special loads to the teams. 
  • Make sure all operational positions in Ramp Department are filled by necessary staff demand in accordance with the staff setup prepared by the planning team. 
  • Be the communication part between the following departments in terms of staff coordination: Passenger Services, Ops, and PMZ.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience working as a Ramp Allocator is required. 
  • Responsible and decisive, with strong forward-planning and resource allocation skills.
  • Able to solve immediate operational challenges as well as anticipate and manage future issues.
  • Approachable, clear, and professional in all forms of communication.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capable of performing under pressure in a dynamic environment.
