Role Purpose

What you will be doing

• Lead and coordinate Ramp operations during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
• Monitor team performance and support day-to-day employee supervision and development.
• Ensure effective communication of operational updates, SLAs, procedures, and safety requirements to all staff.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and operational standards.
• Manage operational disruptions, incidents, and irregularities, ensuring accurate reporting and timely escalation where required.
