Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to conduct operational activities associated with the receipt and dispatch of services on behalf of our customer airlines

What you will be doing

Operate all main deck in-hold aircraft systems (panels).
Perform duties required to move aircraft in accordance with established procedures which require the Employee to hold a CAT 3 license and the required radio operator's certificate of proficiency.
Show leadership and experience in all aspects of ramp duties.
Marshalling aircraft and operating aircraft headsets.
Aircraft receipt& dispatch including NIGS, aircraft marshalling, tow bar connection and disconnection, communications to flight deck, arrival and pre departure inspection of aircraft as defined by airline, connection of ground power units including portable unit, connection of air con unit including portable unit and 30-point check as required by airline.
Understanding of hand signal procedures for aircraft movement
Strong situational awareness to monitor aircraft, ground vehicles, and personnel in the safety circle.
Understanding of ramp safety protocols, including high-visibility clothing, hearing protection and FOD prevention
Commitment to upholding the highest safety and service standards during aircraft dispatch.

What we are looking for

The ability to apply a detailed knowledge of company policy and procedure.
Knowledge and understanding of customer airline systems and internal operation systems
Sound knowledge of Ramp Services functions
