Role Purpose

This role is responsible for creating short and long-term goals and objectives for systems builds, operations, processes, workflows, security, data integrity for reporting, data and workflow auditing and analytics; whilst working closely and collaboratively with the business and our stakeholders to develop, maintain and optimise our platforms and applications to meet business objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Planning, coordination, solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of Business applications including HRIS.
  • Streamline and simplify communication between not only the organisation's internal systems but also third parties.
  • Define, document and implement processes for integration to ensure compliance and standardisation across the organisation.
  • Create implementation strategies to ensure the new information system is aligned for the company's goals.
  • Review and analyse existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
  • Ensuring that projects meet or exceed expectations by guiding all project activities to include, but not limited to, schedule, scope, risk, change management, and quality control.
  • Ensuring that resources requirements are determined in an efficient and economical manner as required.
  • Perform regular application audits to ensure set procedures are being followed, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to completion as required.
  • Provide support and expertise to local administrators during system implementation.
  • Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users.
  • Maintain library of reference guides and update local customisations as required.
  • Work alongside project and operational teams to find solutions that support business requirements.
  • Plan and manage numerous assignments across multiple workstreams/projects.
  • Administer system upgrades where required.
  • Design and implement customized reports based on localized requirements.
  • Any other task assigned by the SVP Organisational Change & Systems - OSEA.

  • Candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne are preferred.
