Role Purpose

As a key subject matter expert within the HR implementation team, this role is to support the day to day running of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance and Goals, in addition to supporting the Global implementation of the SuccessFactors suite of products.

They will work as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to guide on local process changes and best practice system management to enable the best and most appropriate use of the system/s and management of employee data. They will work with the project team to design, test and train HR end users and embed the use of the new systems in line with the implementation plan. The role may also evolve to take on line management of junior team members as the function grows, supporting the coordination of workload, development, and knowledge sharing across the team.

 

What you will be doing

  • Working with the regions and implementation partner/s to deliver customisation for local legislative requirements and business processes
  • Developing local reporting functionality that delivers to both local and global requirements
  • Work with the local HR system users to ensure that the systems continue to deliver the functionality required for the business, and end users post implementation
  • In the event of system issues/failure, alert end users and support the development of interim short term business management solutions whilst technical teams (internal and external) deliver a resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business units
  • Provide global business reports on HR data/metrics as required
  • Continue to review data integrity through system reporting/analysis and working with regional teams to cross check and validate. In the event of discrepancies, identify correction options and business process change requirements to remediate and prevent potential future issues
  • Manage communication from regions ensuring all correspondence is timely, accurate and professional
  • Ensure all employee data managed in the system adheres business standards, guidelines and GDPR/business compliance
  • May provide line management and day-to-day support to one or two junior team members as the function grows.

What we are looking for

  • SAP SuccessFactors expertise, with a strong focus on leading development efforts across various modules.
  • Expert-level knowledge in multiple SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Recruiting), as well as deep understanding of SuccessFactors architecture and integration frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in Integration Management: Experience in proactively overseeing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must; additional SAP certifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Integration Centre Tools, Boomi, and CPI (desirable).
