Role Purpose

To manage the flight operation for an on-time departure.

What you will be doing

  • Edit flights for check in
  • Attend client airline flight briefings & in turn brief staff accordingly
  • Operate as co-ordinator of flight check in under the direction of client airlines
  • Operate airline DCS, (departure control system(s))
  • Supervise check in staff during flight operation under the direction of Supervisor
  • Accept monies and process excess baggage, MCO's and ticketing requirements
  • Balance MAG/ Airline float and monies accepted
  • Action any flight & post flight reports
  • Coupon/e-ticket reconciliation
  • Access & process passenger reservations as directed by client carrier
  • Liaise with operations & gate staff re flight closure procedures, including client airline staff to process seat changes, upgrades & LMC's
  • Liaise with baggage room/ramp staff re AAA, (Baggage reconciliation system), requirements & retrieval of checked baggage.
