Role Purpose

To train employees in initial/induction theoretical and practical items and procedures as well as perform recurrent and upskilling training for relevant employees in coordination with relevant training coordinator, management and planning. 

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for employees initial/induction theoretical/practical training as well as recurrent and upskilling training within applicable modules.
  • Perform and ensure timely and safe completion of theoretical/practical training for employees.
  • Give reactive and proactive feedback on training methods, materials, as well as training plans.
  • Ensure the safe, secure and efficient training of employees to obtain their initial, recurrent andupskilling module/competence certificates.
  • To ensure all relevant training materials and equipment, both digital and physical, are up to dateand in good and safe working order.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Correct attitude to lead by example and motivate staff
  • Has good operational procedural knowledge and will know the Menzies Aviation and airline operations manuals well
