Role Purpose

To coordinate all the training and to ensure that all the trainers are utilized effectively.
To ensure that the training matrix is up to date and that all all training records are accurately recorded.
To provide training for all employees and to ensure that they are able to achieve their key objectives safely 
and effectively.
Regularly review the training needs of our employees and adjust the training as necessary to meet the 
future needs of the organization and its employees.
The Training Coordinator is responsible for Ramp and PMZ staff.

What you will be doing

  • Asses all training needs
  • Coordinate all internal and external training
  • Evaluate training material to ensure that is in line with business needs
  • Organise, develop and maintain training programme 
  • Ensure that all employees are provided with the requisite skills, knowledge, behaviours and 
    competencies to safely, consistently and efficiently fulfil their duties as per their respective job 
    descriptions and in compliance with the requirements

What we are looking for

  • Recommended at this level to hold a formal training qualification
  • Ability to assess and sign-off the competence and capabilities of delegates attending courses delivered by other training individuals
  • Strong experience / experienced operative with relevant experience in their field
  • Strong planning and follow up skills 
  •  Ability to multi-task and to work independently
