Responsible for developing and maintaining the Global HR data reporting and insight, that allows the business and HR divisions to analyse and interpret activity, track costs and identify performance improvement opportunities.

Coordinate the production of HR business performance reports and presentations working with key stakeholders to capture and feed data into and out of business systems.

Working as part of the Global HR team, provide data support on wider HR projects.

This role can be based at World Business Centre or Edinburgh Park HQ. 

Main Accountabilities Include:

  • Review, analyse and manipulate HR data to tell a story / show progress across a number of key deliverables and projects, which may include predictive analytic.
  • Drive efficiency for HR through the creation a suite of reports and managing the delivery of all core HR processes, ensuring a consistent approach
  • Responsible for owning the analytical analysis and understanding of the data, in order to continue to maintain and improve the suite of reports
  • Provide support to the regional HR leads in the interpretation of their high level people metrics
  • Provide support to HR projects and initiatives through data collation, production and verification and other duties as required
  • Ensure robust compliance with global Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
  • Support the production of high quality materials for presentations and meetings that convey messages effectively to a senior audience

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user level, including ability to run macros
  • High standard of analytical capability
  • Knowledge of HR functions and systems, with experience of working with in a HR function
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the skill of translating raw data into meaning information to support senior management decision making
  • Can do attitude and a good team player

  • The ability to organise workload and work to tight deadlines
