We are seeking a hard-working, committed, and organised individual to provide ongoing support and functional expertise to SAP Payroll globally in Menzies Aviation.

The SAP Payroll Support Lead will be a key member of the People Systems team that will support interfaces with other systems and provide first line support to SAP Payroll along with assisting to any potential implementation of the SAP Payroll roadmap globally across Menzies Aviation.


Candidate requirements

• Deep understanding of common Payroll business practices.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work independently on given assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Prepared to travel when required (UK and oversees).

Qualifications and Experience

• A demonstrable experience supporting SAP Payroll solutions (on premise or cloud).
• Experience with Epi-Use tools: Query Manager.
• Experience in integration with Success Factors desired.
• Experience with Dell Boomi desired.
