Cargo Customer Service Agent

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring that air freight cargo is received and dispatched on-time.
With a range of clerical responsibilities in the office, you’ll be a valuable member of a team looking after the import and export of our customers, providing high level of customer service for internal and external customers, assisting with cargo enquiries; performing various administrative duties such as data entry, daily banking, cash handling, managing daily mail and accounts administration; conducting live animal checks on behalf of airline customers and undertaking projects and additional duties as required.
Following airline-specific procedures, you’ll put our customers’ - and their customers’ - needs at the heart of everything you do.
