Baggage Service Agent

You will be an integral part of the team representing both Menzies and the airline to their customers and ensuring the customer service standards are met. Key responsibility of the role is to ensure smooth transition of baggage from gate to the ramp team. You need to have excellent communication skills / assisting arriving passengers with mishandled/ damaged baggage.
