Role Purpose

To process and register all import and export airwaybills in the Cargo Handling System, its partners and customers. Ensure that all guidelines and manuals are followed to achieve the highest possible quality. Report all deviations and trace any irregularities. Respond to inquiries from both external and internal customers, whether by phone or in person, in a professional and accurate manner. 

What you will be doing

  • Register all import and export air waybills. 
  • Ensure all agreed deadlines and routings are followed and make corrections in case of deviations. 
  • Perform necessary tracing of all shipments in the event of irregularities. 
  • Carry out all required tasks in Cargo Handling Systems. 
  • Ensure that all necessary data for accurate invoicing is available.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. 
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong computer literacy. 
  • High level of collaboration and communication skills. 
  • We are looking for candidates for both full-time and part-time positions.
