Role Purpose

Strengthen and support the overall customer experience within air cargo handling operations. Act as a central communication point between airlines, GSAs, cargo representatives, and internal operations teams. Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to operational inquiries and service needs. Proactively manage customer expectations through efficient communication and issue resolution. Contribute to improved service performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.

What you will be doing

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer follow-up, ensuring high-quality operational customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations through clear communication, timely updates, and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with airline cargo teams, GSAs, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Initiate investigations into discrepancies through system checks, warehouse verification, document matching, and communication with other relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage communications regarding irregularities including missing cargo, damaged cargo, over-carried shipments, and customs-related queries.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in air cargo handling, logistics, freight forwarding, or airport operations preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service or account coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with airline systems, cargo documentation, and cargo regulations (IATA/DGR knowledge is an advantage).
  • Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, demonstrating good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
