Job type: Seasonal, 75%
Working hours: Rotating shifts (early, mid, late), including weekends and public holidays
Start date: To be agreed 2026

Role Purpose

To process passengers and handle baggage through clerical, manual, mechanical and computerised methods in accordance with Company and Airport procedures.

What you will be doing

  • Check passengers' tickets/confirmation together with relevant identification appropriate to flight.
  • Complete the check-in procedures by using the dedicated systems.
  • Board passengers onto flights.
  • Marshall Passengers onto and off aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Operate the daily operations with understanding, effectively, correctly and to MA and Airlines expectations.

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language (Written and oral)
  • Comfortable using computer systems as your main tool.
  • To be able to work in a team under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid driver license.
  • Fulfil the requirements for the CAA Background check.
