Role Purpose

Responsible to lead cargo transport operations on a 24/7 basis and drive operational delivery per shift against assigned deliverables.

What you will be doing

Responsible to lead cargo operations on a 24/7 basis and drive operational delivery per shift against assigned deliverables.
Allocate shift resources per shift to deliver cargo operations in cargo acceptance, build up, breakdown and delivery.
Maintain security and safety standards within the operation.
Engage with airline customer on a shift basis to ensure on time operational performance in areas of responsibility.
Deliver against airlines SLAs in service delivery, compliance, and safety.

What we are looking for

5+ years in cargo operations.
4+ yeas in supervisory or management position in a transport and cargo operations environment.
Experience and proven track record of developing teams.
Proven track record of delivery against KPIs and SLA's
Must be able to work under pressure.
