Role Purpose

To assist and support the region in achieving their responsibilities in respect of quality assurance & compliance. To liaise directly with station and regional Management to maintain and enhance appropriate quality management systems, including adequate controls and protocols to ensure all Menzies business locations remain fully compliant with internal HSSE standards in addition to all relevant industry, regulatory and state legislated requirements.

What you will be doing

Providing expertise to ensure robust financial control and planning for the business units
Maintaining the financial oversight for the business units
Complete month end process for multiple locations in finance systems according to reporting deadlines.
Ability to influence, challenge and implement change.
Preparation and presentation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and a rolling 3-year plan.
Build relationships with the regional airports management teams, department managers and operational leads, implementing regular structured meetings.
