Role Purpose

To provide administration support services to the business and Operational Managers to ensure the efficient operation of the business in the financial and administration sector delivering the highest standard of service.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the Cargo Team with daily payroll processing and queries
  • Resolving daily enquiries from our Cargo Team
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records and reporting of key metrics
  • Completing and verifying security referencing for our Team members
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative duties as required

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within a similar role and busy environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to work using own initiative and without supervision
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills with a good eye for detail
  • Experience of dealing with work of a confidential nature
