Role Purpose 

Reporting to the Head of Airside. This role will require the individual to carry out roles in the Ramp Job description. You will be responsible for Managing resources to fulfil our service standards for our Customer Airlines. Allocating tasks to members of the Back of House Team in accordance to their relevant skill level. To influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a “World Class” product to our Customer Airlines. 

 What you will be doing 

  • Have a full understanding of the airline standards and requirements. 
  • Allocate all airside resources which includes staff and equipment to flights. 
  • Pre-plan the airside operation and highlight any resourcing shortfalls to the Duty Manager in good time to ensure shift changes are actioned accordingly 
  • Complete all delay, accident and shift reports. 
  • A complete understanding of all Health & Safety aspects of the Operation.
