Role Purpose

To lead by example, allocation & oversight of all Ramp, Presentation & De-Icing operations. Ensuring rigorous 
standards of Health & Safety and delivering consistent high performance within the constraints of service level 
agreements ensuring professionalism & communication is upheld throughout. Maintain control and accountability for 
the operation on a shift basis.

What you will be doing

  • Plan resource & equipment to ensure all Ramp, BHU, Presentation & De-Ice tasks are covered
  • Fully manage allocation of tasks and duties for all airside operatives (Ramp, BHU, Presentation & De-Icing - non-exhaustive)
  • Manage & utilise effective measurement systems to monitor the performance of your team (Work Bridge, RSMS, SMART, Mobilize, Avtura, iAirport – non-exhaustive)
  • Ensure all people management processes are carried out in line with current company policy
  • Ensure communications within the departments & operation are effective and consistent

What we are looking for

  • Supervisory & Allocation experience
  • Ability to utilise planned resource to the full benefit of the operation
  • Possess excellent supervisory, leadership, communication and people skills
  • Ability to drive through policies and procedures and represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
  • A good working knowledge of ground handling related procedures for Airlines and Airport Authorities
