Role Purpose

We are looking for motivated individual to effectively lead staff to ensure quality customer service is delivered to all passengers handled by MASIL, while maintaining the policies, standards and safety requirements of the customer carriers. Ensure availability of qualified staff to cover operations at all times

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with Company and Customer Airlines Policies and current legislations, keeping good customer relations with airline representatives.
  • To always ensure the best use of all the Company's resources and assets.
  • To carry out all Ground Handling related activities as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures and training to facilitate the success of the operation in which you have been trained.
  • Assign work schedules and work duties
  • Monitor, evaluate and plan training needs, in conjunction with passenger services head of department, to ensure the quality and competence of employees is maintained.
  • Liaise with carriers' representatives to ensure their requirements and standards are being met.
  • Fully comply and adhere to customer airlines.

What we are looking for

  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Good experience and knowledge of aviation services includes passenger services handling.
  • Problem Solving; Uses judgement based on the analysis of information.
  • Must have a very good command over both Arabic and English language.
  • Ability to work with a pressured environment and provide required tasks within adequate time.
