Role Purpose

The Building Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building by combining administrative support with hands-on facility duties. This includes managing documentation and financial routines, coordinating services, and performing basic maintenance and caretaker-type tasks to keep the building safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What you will be doing

  • Provide confidential and professional administrative support to the Station Manager, HR team and Operational Managers.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, meeting preparation and general office coordination.
  • Support internal communication through the company's employee communication platforms.
  • Manage and process purchase orders for supplies and services in line with company procedures.
  • Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting and practical tasks to ensure the building remains safe, functional and well-maintained.
