Role Purpose

The Business Support Manager oversees key support functions at the station level, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency. This role manages Resource Planning, Training, Procurement, Administration, Key Account Management (KAM), Stock Keeping, Tender Preparation, Project Management, and KPI Automation & Analytics. The position requires a strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Reporting to the Station Manager, this role provides data-driven insights, ensures compliance, and supports decision-making for operational efficiency

What you will be doing

  • Manage and oversee IT, Resource Planning, Training, Procurement, Administration, KAM, and Stock Keeping teams.
  • Align business support functions with station goals and operational needs
  • Drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective staff planning to match operational demand
  • Oversee rostering, shift optimization, and labour cost control.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation, ground handling, or logistics.
  • Experience in leading multi-functional teams and improving processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and support commercial initiatives.
